All BuenoSpa hot tubs ship curbside on a pallet. Customers are responsible for moving the unit to its final location and ensuring proper site access for delivery. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
This product ships via curbside freight. Ensure your location is accessible for a large truck and arrange adequate assistance or equipment to move the spa from curbside to final placement. A solid, level foundation is required. Follow the installation manual and local electrical code for connection (50A / 230V / 50HZ, 6 AWG copper 4-wire including ground).
