Your Starlight Hot Tub will arrive in a protective wooden shipping crate to ensure all components remain secure during transit. Delivery is curbside only; the freight carrier will deliver the crate to the end of your driveway but will not unload or relocate it.
Production and delivery timelines vary throughout the year. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and confirmed after the order is placed. You will receive full tracking information once the shipment is en route.
Due to the size and weight of the crate, unloading is the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery. If your crate is under 7 feet (92″), most carriers can use a lift gate to safely lower it to the ground. Larger crates will require alternate unloading arrangements.
- Use a forklift or tractor with fork extensions
- Arrange a tilt-tow truck to slide the crate off safely
- Have a team of helpers ready to assist with unloading
If your shipment shows visible damage, take clear photos, note the issue on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact Elite Sauna & Plunge for assistance.
