Based in Ontario, Canada, Dundalk LeisureCraft is a family-owned company recognized for its exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Canadian Timber Collection includes both saunas and cold plunges, each built from Eastern White Cedar and engineered for durability, natural beauty, and long-term outdoor performance.
With decades of experience, LeisureCraft has become one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of saunas and outdoor leisure products. Each piece is built by skilled carpenters using traditional woodworking methods that ensure strength, beauty, and longevity in every design.
Elite Sauna & Plunge is proud to partner with Dundalk LeisureCraft to offer the Canadian Timber Collection, bringing handcrafted Canadian quality to your outdoor living space.
The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft is protected by a three-year residential warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date the product is received. This is a parts-only warranty and does not include labor, installation, or on-site service.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural weathering of the wood, improper installation, misuse, or failure to perform routine owner maintenance such as tightening bands, cleaning, or staining the exterior. Any damage resulting from negligence, accidents, or use outside of residential settings is not covered.

Your product will arrive in a secure, heavy-duty shipping crate designed to protect all components during transit. Delivery is curbside only, meaning the trucking company will bring the crate to the end of your driveway or curb but will not unload it.
Because production and delivery timelines vary by model and season, estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking and delivery details once your shipment is on its way.
Due to the size and weight of these crates, unloading is the customer’s responsibility at the time of delivery. If your crate is under 7 feet (92″), most trucking companies can use a lift gate to lower it safely to the ground. For larger crates (over 7 feet), a lift gate will not be available, and you’ll need to plan how the product will be unloaded from the truck.
- Use a forklift or other lifting equipment with fork extensions
- Arrange a tilt-tow truck to transfer the crate to your property
- Have helpers available to assist with unloading or removing the product from the truck
If the crate arrives with visible damage, take clear photos, note the issue on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact Elite Sauna & Plunge for assistance.
