Shipping and Installation

The Georgian Cabin Sauna is shipped in a ready-to-assemble kit. Delivery typically takes 5–6 weeks and is curbside only—meaning the trucking company will bring the crate to your driveway but will not unload it. The sauna arrives securely packed in a crate to protect all components during transit.

Unloading

Please note: unloading is the customer’s responsibility. If the crate is under 7 feet, the delivery truck may have a lift gate to assist. For larger crates, you’ll need to arrange unloading equipment such as a forklift or tilt tow truck. This step is essential to ensure safe handling and setup of your sauna. We recommend planning ahead to avoid delays or complications.
